Living Arrows - Playtime

Another iPhone picture this week, capturing time spent exploring our imaginations. I think playing with your children is one of the simplest pleasures in life and on this particular day we spent hours playing as a family together in Luca's bedroom (he even had his lunch in there). We all know how important play is for the development of our little people but I love how it helps us adults rediscover pretend play and the joys of unlimited imagination too. This photo is even more special as it was a day spent with Daddy playing, these days are quite rare in our house as he works such long hours. I absolutely love listening to them chatter away together and laugh together, Luca has a special laugh that he saves just for his Daddy.

  1. Oh I love play time. What a great photo. I really need to capture my kids playing more, all they want to do is play with each other so most of my photos are them just sitting and laughing and pulling on each other. hahaha Time to get creative this has inspired me. Thank you. #livingarrows

  6. Such a cute photo. I'm not all that great at playing. I'm better at days out and adventures. By husband is wonderful though and can sit for hours on the floor just building stuff and moving little cars around.

    1. I'm sure your better than you think. Kids don't really care what you play. I love days out too, they are so much fun. Xx
